can't open mail after installing yosemite

Hi,

I just istalled the yosemite on my mac, and now I can't open the mail.

Have tried sever times. Everythings seems good in the beginning and downloads all the messages. But then I get a message that the Upgrade failed and that the index is damadged. It says I can repare it by opening mail again, but the same thing keeps happening.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.

The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select

SYSTEM LOG QUERIES â–¹ All Messages

from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select

View â–¹ Show Log List

from the menu bar at the top of the screen. Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then take the action that you're having trouble with. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.

The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of which is irrelevant to solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.

Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.

Please don't post screenshots of log messages—post the text.

Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.

Thank you for the answer

Here is the log list of the last part, when it stopped working. Hope that is enough 🙂

The mailbox "xxxx.mbox" is corrupt and can't be automatically imported. If the mailbox belongs to an IMAP or Exchange account, delete it; the messages will be downloaded from the server. If it belongs to a POP account or is in the "On My Mac" group, move it to the Desktop and finish the automatic importation. Then try to import the mailbox from the Desktop by selecting Import Mailboxes... from the File menu.

Open the Library folder in your home folder by holding down the option key and selecting

Go â–¹ Library

from the Finder menu bar. Navigate in the usual way to the folder indicated above.

I found it now, didn't know there were two libraries.

So I did as you said, but the mail does still not open.
