Present to Apple TV and iPad (as a teleprompter)

Hi Everyone,

I have been struggling with this for a while and can't figure it out

I want to do some educational videos for my students playing the keynote presentation from my macbook behind me on apple tv (not the problem got it figured out). I also want to be able to use my teleprompter for my ipad. I don't need exactly what I am going to say just would love to have the same presentation on the teleprompter and apple tv. Problem is I need the iPad to play the mirror image of the presentation.

1> Is there a way to make the iPad play the presentation in mirror image from what is being played from the mac?

2> Or is there a way I can play two presentations at one time? (one to the iPad and one to the apple tv)

3> Is there a way to control the iPad and mac presentations at the same time? (take the time to make the mirror image presentation and present from the iPad)
