Downloaded Yosemite today and it went smoothly, but may have done this too soon. Looking for a Samsung printer driver, color laser, for a brand new printer. Samsung only lists drivers up to 10.9. Do I need to return to 10.6 and wait?
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8), 17 in, 4GB
Have you tried downloading and using the driver for 10.9? The differences with 10.10 should not affect the printer...I saw no change in my HP color laser or Epson photo scanner when going from 10.9 to 10.10. Both work just as before.
The printer dialog box shows this message:
"You need to install software to use this printer. To install the software, choose Software Update from the Apple menu. If the software for your printer isn’t available in Software Update, contact the manufacturer of your printer."
The document shows up in the list but doesn't show up at the printer or print. I had 10.6 running before and it worked fine with that.
The driver is for 10.5 to 10.9

I'm afraid; we at email technical support don't have any information on when the drivers will be available for MAC OS10.10. I know how bothering this could have been, I've submitted a feedback on this from my end. If/ when the drivers are released, it will be posted in news section on Samsung website.
