Contextual menu filter in Numbers 3.5 is limited to 25 items – how can I increase the numbers of items

The contextual "filter table" option shows only the first 25 unique values of a column. How can I increase the numbers of values who are displayed in this contextual menu? Is there a way to show more or all values of a selected column?

Thanks for your help

Hi Ian

Of course I know the possibility of the filter panel. In my opinion, the contextual menu is more convenient and faster. So I would prefer a way to change the behavior of the contextual menu.

=> I just found out, that I also can select a single cell and filter the table by the content of this cell (context menu). This is convenient for my purposes…
