Go to http://iforgot.apple.com and sign in with your iCloud login. A new password will be sent to your associated email address. If this doesn't work you will have to contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com ; click' See all products and services', then 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'.

hello sir i need support for this i have a phone from my brother my phone is full activated but hear is icloud lock how to find password plz replay me thanks to all.

If your brother has locked it - if it's his ID it's asking for - then only he can unlock it. He can do this by removing it from his list of devices - please see http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4515

my phone is fully activated but activted lock ON how to OFF it?

If the phone is Activation Locked (it would be asking for an Apple ID which it will partially display but which may not be your own) then only the person who locked it can unlock it. There is no other way round this.
