Q: Safari and all programs shift coloration problem

Hey guys, Never had this problem with any macs before, But i seems like when i move safari(Drag it up) The grey bar of safari or the gray bar of any software in my mac, they get lighter here are the photos, Do you guys have a solution to this, What can the problem be. Oh, when i drag the application down the bar is at its normal color. Look at the pictures i don't know if you guys can see that.

My specs, 10.7.5 Completely updated, Safari 6, I don't know if you guys can see the change but in my computer it is noticeable a lot,
