I want your help guys with Apple ID security questions

Hi guys

I have a friend of mine who forgot his Apple ID security questions .. he tried to follow the ( Set up or change your security questions ) , but there was no ( Forgot the answers? ) .. it didnt appear in his page.. How can he reset his Apple ID security questions .. by the way .. he cant speak English fluently .. his English is too week
