I cannot print to my Epson Stylus 2200 printer.

All of a sudden I cannot print to my Epson Sylus 2200 Printer. I am running OSX 10.8.5 and have been using the Epson driver 9.0. I have checked for software dates and there are none. I have unplugged and replugged. I then tried to delete my printer in the printer list and tried to re-add it and a dialogue box came us and says Can’t install the software for the Epson Stylus Photo 2200 because it is not currently available from the Software Update server.
