snapchat says could not connect but i have a full connection

Can y’all help me get back on Snapchat it keep saying please trying your connection but I don’t know what to do so can y’all please help me

i've tried that many times , i've tried everything and nothing will work , i've even tried to log in onto a different device and nothing works .

I have a same problem I try to restart network settings but it doesn't work

So I had the same issue. What I did was turned off my WiFi, turned on my cellular data for Snapchat, and made sure I had at least on gig of memory free

So let me know if this works for you. It definitely did for me. It’s too bad that you’ll have to do this every time you connect to your Snapchat
