I've recently upgraded to Yosemite and Pages 5.5
For the life of me I can't figure out how to make the page numbers on my document sequential.
Once you key in a starting page number in the header or footer, the entire document and all its pages shows the same number!
Example, if you start with 1, all the following pages become 1
Help would be very much appreciated.

For Word, you can just click into the footer or header field and physically type in whatever number you want and the rest will follow sequentially.
Alternatively, you can also type in alpha numeric information on every individual page and have it be named or numbered whatever you want 🙂
You don't type it, that is just plain text.
click where you want it > Toolbar > Insert > Page Number

Perhaps it's just my legacy of using PCs up until 2 years ago.

From memory it is the same in Word, how otherwise would you type a number in the Footer or Header?
