Q: internet accounts error

Like some others, I upgraded to OS X 10.10 and my Messages, FaceTime and iCloud connections stopped working.  I tried to log out & back in to FaceTime - but FaceTime won't work.  My Messages no longer sends to iMessage users.  I tried System Prefs > Internet Accounts and I get a spinning beachball then the error:

Preferences Error

Could not load Internet Account preference pane.

I ran this command in the console (thanks Linc):

find ~ $TMPDIR.. \( -flags +sappnd,schg,uappnd,uchg -o ! -user $UID -o ! -perm -600 \) 2>&- | wc -l | pbcopy

and the result it posted to the clipboard was 996

Now what?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10)

Note: j***@*****.com is my AppleID that I censored.  This is the account I am unable to get working with Messages / FaceTime / iCloud on my Macbook Pro with 10.10.  The account works fine on my iPhone 5S and iPad mini Retina using iOS 8.1.  I can also login successfully to www.icloud.com as well as use iTunes v 12.0.1.26 with this AppleID.

Therefore I believe the problem is local to my copy of OS X 10.10 that I upgraded from the last version of Mavericks

So I followed the instructions from Linc and this is what Console > System Log Queries provided.

I started it up and then opened up System Preferences and tried to open "Internet Accounts"

I have also followed the test steps of removing the specified com.apple. and iMessage entries from the KeyChain of this computer. I deleted the flash storage and ensured that my SOCKS proxy was not enabled.

I logged out and back in.  Then I tried to open Internet Accounts again - and this is what I got from the System Message Logs:

I have just now tried the suggestion of enabling Guest accounts and I have logged in as a Guest user.

iMessage & FaceTime worked as a guest user...

So - It looks like something is screwed with my keychain during my upgrade?
