To get rid of the guest user simply open spotlight and type "users and groups" after that opens up you will be taken to a window that will show your Current account and below it your guest user. To edit the users click on the lock if it is locked and type the admin password to unlock it. Then click on the guest user and you will see a check box with dialog after it saying "allow guests to log in to this computer." All you need to do is uncheck that box and you should be good to go. I hope this helps.

Go to System preferences->Parental controls. Than click lock symbol on the left lower side to make changes and enter your password. Than choose the Guest account and click "-" symbol to delete the account. Than go to System preferences->Users&Groups and click lock symbol on the left lower side to make changes and enter your password.
