Removal of old phone from iCloud list of devices

I have replaced my iPhone 4s with an iPhone 6 and am looking to sell the 4s. I have done a full reset on the 4s and deleted backups from iTunes so that only the new phone is found. However, in looking at my devices listed in iCloud (iCloud > Settings > My Devices) the old 4s is still there saying that I am "signed in and using iOS 8 or OS X Yosemite" on the device. There is no option to remove it.

Advice, please.

After discussions with the local Apple Store (who were unable to solve the problem) I eventually spoke to an Apple Assistant (in Greece) who advised that the old "deleted" iPhones stayed on the Apple server until it was updated. I've checked now - after a month - and find that the phones have gone from the iCloud. So all is sorted.
