Apple ID linked Address and Billing Address

I live in Colombia in Latin America. I use a Credit Card that is issued in the USA and linked to my Colombia Address. I am having tremendous problems using the Card in the Mac AP Store and for iTunes.

When I set up my Apple ID, on my Mac which was bought in USA, I used the address of a relative in the USA. My Mac ID and my Billing Address by default is USA. I am unable to change it. That makes dealing with the Ap Store impossible because the Card Address is a Colombia Address. If I try to change the billing address, the process ends up stating USA as the country in the last line. I am then left with a Colombian address that states USA as the country. Of course it makes updating my Aps impossible as the system says my Billing Address is incorrect.

I tried creating a second Apple ID using a different email address. I chose my preferred language as English (UK). The Apple system automatically chooses UK as my country linked to my Apple ID. Again, I have a Colombian Address with UK as the country!

I am unable to change any of this. Does anyone have a solution please?
