I CANT RESTORE BECAUSE IT ASK FOR PASSWORD BUT I CANT TURN ON IPAD

My I pad will not come on I've had it charged for over one week. I attempted to restore however it ask for my pass code.

I cannot enter my pass code because I cant get my Ipad to turn on please help

Did you try the reset that was described in the in article that you were reading when you posted your question? Hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
