Apps did not appear in "use cellular data for"
i have tried rebooting. and also redownload the apps. Nothing works.
iPhone 6, iOS 8.1
you have to turn off wifi, then use the app you want to appear in that section (so it uses data over cellular), then it will appear in that section. it is a bug. and very annoying. you have to do this one by one by one for each app that is missing until all the apps are back in that settings section.
