I have a deactivated iphone and when I try to use the bluetooth it says searching for devices even when I know there is a a device discoverable it never comes up, is this normal because it's deactivated or not?
It is not related to the fact the phone is deactivated. Are you sure the device you want to connect to is in Pairing mode? What are you trying to connect to? The iPhone only supports some BT profiles. Notably absent is a profile for connecting to another computing device (another phone, tablet or computer).
I was just trying to connect to my sisters phone which is a iphone 6 and she was discoverable and I also tried her bluetooth Bose speaker but neither worked and it will says searching for devices for like twenty minutes or more I dont know what's wrong
The iPhone, iPod, iPad will not connect to other phones or computers. This has never been a feature of iPhone,iPod,iPad.
It should connect to the speaker.
Is the speaker in discover mode?
Yes and my sister was disconnected from it too so I have no idea why it doesn't work
If your sister's phone had the same problem then the problem is with the speaker.
