Whats happened to the diabetic data section it has disappeared with all my data. Tried restoring factory settings but to no avail

I was storing diabetic data on the health App. It has disappeared as an item with all my data. I tried restoring factory settings havingbacked up the phone but no joy.

Anyone know what has happened?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1
