Nov 23, 2015 10:33 PM in response to mansoorabby ferozkhan786,you are 1000% correct bhai,
i had many times contact apple support for touch id issue on iPhone 6
every time they saying restore your phone
they really don't have any subject knowledge (iPhone [software or hardware]) )has to be improved more (they don't know in case any hardware issue get error 53 on iTunes,it cause brick the iPhone)
And also i went to Apple authorized service centers, they are also doing same with my iPhone 6 (non working touch id )
then i clearly refused to restore my device because my device was out of warranty. If any error comes while restoring can apple replace my device with free of cost ?
so, please my advice is DON'T RESTORE YOUR I PHONE 6/6 PLUS WHILE YOUR TOUCH ID NOT WORKING restore cause error 53 on iTunes
Then we discuss about iOS Updates
1) ios 7.1 - causes Touch ID issue on iPhone 5s
2) ios 8.0.2,8.1 - causes No service & Touch ID issue on iphone 6/6 plus
3) ios 9.1 - causes Touch ID not working / Over heat on 6/6 plus / 6s/ 6s plus
people will feel proud to using apple handsets but this issues causing really frustrating on apple brands
they are paying high prices on handsets , but apple providing 0% costumer service
Many costumers contacting apple care for good solution , but they are spoiling there iPhone's for throwing in dustbins
still i did not get any solution for touch id issue after update ios 9.1
i don't know they will this issue on next update ...?

Dec 19, 2015 8:37 PM in response to ATorresNby rfosina,Wake up apple, this has been open for many software upgrades. FIX the family approval process to work with fingerprint if you want to sell more applications.

I found that when I deleted all exsisting finger prints and then added just one everything seems to be working just fine .. at writing this I have not added another print as the one at this time seems to be fine. May 31, 2016 5:00 AM in response to ATorresNby Hansl33,An update Apple wants you to do. It bricked a product that is of their own. Now they want me to pay money for fixing the problem. Redicolus, no more product from Apple.

Jun 3, 2016 10:31 AM in response to ATorresNby tlfmd,Lucky all. I have NEVER been able to use a fingerprint access to a secure or any app at all despite having registered 3 fingers in the settings area. This with my iPhone 6 always updated as so as new update comes along. NONE of the intervening version of iOS has had any effect. I think it is a hoax.
