My order status

I need help from Apple but can´t find a e-mail to ask this question.

As i´m not in USA i can´t call the sales support either, so may be someone can help me.

My friend is in CA until November, 20 so i asked if she cloud bring an iphone 6 for me.

I placed an order which was expected to be delivered (date provided by Apple web site) by November 7-12.

The problem is, the order status continue in "Processing Item" and until today (November 10) did not change, whats wrong?

The product is suppoused to be delivered in 2 days tops and the order satus remains in processing??

Is it garanteed the product will be delivered in time, even with this satus?
