My iPhone 6 bent and the screen went, i had to pay £230 to get it replaced, it has now bent again at the volume button, it has also cracked my apple leather case in the process. Is there anything i can do?

Yes, get the device replaced by Apple again, and use a better protective case, and stop putting excessive pressure on the device.
Pay another £230? thats over £1000... the phone was in my pocket both times, first time in my jeans and second time in coat pocket. I
Stop putting it in your pockets. You're obviously doing something to put excessive pressure on the device.
And next time you buy an iPhone, purchase the Apple Care Protection Plan Plus, so you pay a lot less than the normal out-of-warranty fee when you damage your device.

It's an expensive electronic device and if you don't think you need to think about how to take proper care of it, that's an issue on your end.
Mine goes in a case, and then clips to my belt. And I take it off my belt when I sit down.
What was the 5? i uses it in the same way that lasted me 2 years, both these phones have lasted just over 2 weeks each...

Your lack of thought is what is causing you the problems. Everything will bend if enough pressure is placed on the item. You are placing too much pressure on your device causing it to bend. It is not Apple's problem, it is your problem in how you treat your device. Change your habits.
I've never bent a phone and I've never kept my phone in my pants pocket. My iP6 is cased and then when it's not being used, it's in a holster, which I can clip to my belt. I've never understood why anyone would want to sit down with a phone in their pocket. Tried it once and found it very uncomfortable, as well as unsafe for the phone. After all, things can easily fall out of a pocket.
