I don't want sms forwarding or website sharing to be enabled on my devices. I have disabled handoff on my phone & mac, but still keep getting messages on my mac. When i do, I lose them on my phone. Is this a bug?

I don't want sms forwarding or website sharing to be enabled on my devices. I have disabled handoff on my phone & mac, but still keep getting messages on my mac. When i do, I lose them on my phone. Is this a bug?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10), iOS 8.1
