It isn't me personally, but those of us following this thread with reporting privileges can ask the site moderators to contact you about your request. I've passed on such a message. Hopefully somebody will be in touch soon.

Anyone here who is a level 2 or higher can report your request to the hosts. They are the only ones who can/may change your name - we, as users, cannot.
