The only people that I know that would know this is the people at the Apple Store but only if the repair was done by an authorized repair person.

Also in my experience all the access screws on a MacBook are secured with blue thread lock. I can tell if someone was in there before by the thread lock not being secure. Also I examine the screws with a 15 X magnifier and will often see scratches and damage if the person doing the repair was a klutz.

Dock14,

I had my machine repaired in January of this year but never received any sort of documentation about the replaced logic board. I called the toll-free AppleCare number and they referred me to the local Apple Store that did the repair. Even with my serial number, they had no record of my repair.

I found this quite disturbing. I'm still under AppleCare yet have no proof - and obviously no documentation - that my machine had the logic board replaced!

The only thing that I can suggest is to get in touch with AppleCare and see if they have any records - it didn't help me but might help you!
