Client Error Reporting

Hi,

We have Mac OS X Server 10.6 with a number of 10.6 client machines. Is there a simple way (server config or additional software) for the users of those client machines to report any problems, errors or issues to the server admins.

There's the option to use browser-based Redmine but that's a bit much for what we need. Any suggestions on the best solution for issue reporting/tracking?
