Q: iPhone 6 and MacBook Pro running Yosemite. Music playlists from phone skip through hundreds of songs. Library is not accessible on phone. Internet drops on laptop. Some say delete duplicates. I don't believe that is my problem. What is going on?

Music is not syncing to my phone or other devices. I want the files physically on my devices not just cloud access as I often do not have service. Apple products are my preference but these types of issues are pushing me to consider other companies. What is going on? I have searched the web like most do but all I see is to delete duplicates. This is not my problem! I have some duplicates but I am not sure why that is a concern of Apple or its software. When will this be corrected?

    Hi

Can you give more details. You mention that you lose Internet connection on your - is your music in your iTunes library on your computer Or are you trying to stream your music?

WIth iTunes Match turned on you can't manually sync your iPhone. If you want physical files on your iPhone you either predownload the music or you turn off match to manually sync.
