Nov 13, 2014 8:02 PM in response to tommy61dby jsscanlon1 ,Thank you for explaining that to me, I have never done one of these before and I guess I am clueless.
OS X Yosemite version 10.10
iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2012)
Processor 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory * GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Startup Disk Machintosh HD
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 M 512 MB
Basically when I updated to the current version I have now, everything looks different, I can use the things and I have a iPhone 6 with all this new software but my FaceTime does not give me an option to delete calls. I went to the call, and up in the corner I went to the little i and expanded the call, there was no delete option only create or cancel (to make a contact) even someone that is a contact has no delete the call option. FaceTime preferences has no delete the call that I could see. Thank you

If your talking about FaceTime on your mac, click on recent near the bottom and hit edit and you can clear them separately or all at once.
I am running Mavericks, but I believe FaceTime is still the same in Yosemite. Good Luck!

Nov 14, 2014 12:06 PM in response to tommy61dby jsscanlon1 ,No option for recents. My new FaceTime when I open it has the three circles in the top left to close, minimize, or expand, just under that are two tabs one says -video the other -audio (I can get phone calls from people who call my iPhone if I'm close to the computer I guess) just under that is a search bar in the search bar thee is an add option..... Just under that is the recent list of calls. To the right is the picure the camera is seeing. That's all I get. Even if I select a number and go to the menu bar select edit, I am unable to choose anything there it's all grey. Thanks so much. I just can't figure it out maybe I need to install another upgrade but there are none pending.

They should really probably add a delete option and I am shocked that many people are not having trouble with this! It worked for me thanks to everyone for responding and trying to help this is my first time using something like this and I had a very pleasant experience and thanks again.
