My students are having trouble enrolling in the course. It doesn't seem to matter the type of device. We've tried variations of the enrollment code without success. Any suggestions?

Does anyone have a suggestion for a student who is having trouble enrolling in a course? They are using an iphone and the correct enrollment code but no luck.
