I started to use windows 8.1 on my mac pro (13-inch, retina, late 2013)
The problem is that none of the trackpad gestures are working.
My keyboard lighting also does not work. My all drivers are installed and up to date.
How can I fix this problem?

Available gestures in Windows XP and Vista:
One Finger
Two Finger
These can be set using Control Panel -> Bootcamp -> Trackpad tab.
I am looking for a simple and clear answer, which should be like:

Trackpad gestures are not available for Windows 8.1
I am not interested in answers for other Windows versions.
... and did you read the link? The only supported trackpad gestures are listed here (irrespective of the Windows version).
Yes thanks for your answer, and I guess I have to give more information about my question.
My trackpad performs only one task: left click, and you have to press on trackpad to use it. Tapping does not work.
Device Manager > Human Interface Devices > Apple Multitouch version 5.0.2.0
- It says Up to date and I've reinstalled the device to fix the problem, it did not work

I guess I did something wrong and I am trying to detect it. If you need extra information, you may lead me to get it.
There are two things to check.
1. Control Panel -> Boot Camp -> Trackpad tab. Here is an example.
2. You have two different drivers.

Do you have both, a Trackpad and a Magic/Mighty Mouse paired to the same Mac?
On a 13" 2012 MBP with W8.1 this is what I have installed. Your list should be similar.
Thanks to you for your great help. When I checked screenshots, I realized that my boot camp did not installed on windows properly.
I reinstalled the boot camp and now everything works as expected.
