Q: Apple is not available in settings

I Can't et apple pay and passbook to show up in settings

    Apple Pay is only available in the U.S. right now.

    Ok I understand, but I just purchased a iPad air 2 and it is available on it and yet the only way to purchase something is in apps or supporting websites.  Why is it available on iPad but not iPhone

    Yes, this is correct for the iPad Air 2.

    Only you know the answer to this.  It completely depends on how you purchased the iPad and how you purchased the iPhone.  If you purchased the iPad in the U.S. or through the U.S. Apple Store, of course it would be available on the iPad.

     

    Anyway, my response from above stands --- Apple Pay is only available in the U.S. right now.
