UI Element Inspector requires that the Accessibility API be enabled. Please "Enable access for assistive devices and try again"

Hello All,

I've been receiving this message at startup ever since upgrading to Yosemite. "UI Element Inspector requires that the Accessibility API be enabled. Please "Enable access for assistive devices and try again"

I've seen the other threads that refer to solutions for removing this prompt at startup: Since updating my iMac to 10.9, I receive this message at startup: UI Element Inspector requires that the Accessibility API be enabled. Please "Enable access for assistive devices and try again". Any suggestions on how to make it stop?

My challenge is when I navigate to Accessibility via System Preferences to look for the application that is requesting this, there are no apps listed.

Is there another way to determine what is causing this prompt at every startup?

Thank you in advance!

MacBook Air (11-inch Mid 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10)
