Problems after SSD and RAM install

I just recently installed 16GB of Kingston RAM rated for Mac use. (MACMEM 2x8G|KST KTA-MB1600LK2/16G R) and SSD (Crucial MX100 CT512MX100SSD1 2.5" 512GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive) I used Carbon Copy to back it up at first, then I tried Time Machine.

What it seems to be doing is hanging at the startup loading screen (until I zap the PRAM or restart it several times with the button) it also won't wake from sleep every few times. It has been a super intermittent problem. I put all the hardware into my Macbook Pro late 2011 and it ran just fine with no hickups. Also tried putting the hardware back to stock in the Mini and it was still doing this. This morning it restarted itself from an error which I will post down below.

I would greatly appreciate any input to what could be going on here. Thank you.

OWC provides instructions on how to do a correct SSD installation in this video:

Follow their instructions for doing the installation to the letter including setting up the SSD.

Did you install the SSD in the lower bay, the locations where a singe rotating HD is normally installed?

have yo tried reinstalling the original memory to help rule out a memory problem?

Yes, I did put the original RAM back into the computer to rule out, I also put the original HDD back in as well and the problem continued. We also had just recently installed Yosimite, I don't know if a problem could have developed from that?

What happens when you take the new Ram all out and put the old ones in again. Just these days are problems with Kingston ram reported.

Is the cable to the logic board fully seated? Do the cable and logic board ends look OK?

I ask because I has similar problems with my SSD installation in my 2012 Mini and it was due to poor connetion of the cable to the logic board.

No. almost all 2012 Mini come with the rotting HD installed in the lower bay, the one nearest the top when you flip the Mini over to do the replacement. Some users have reported problems with installing an SSD in the normally empty upper bay for which you have to use a third-party cable. No one is sure why some do not work.

I have a 2012 Mini and moved the original HD to the upper bay and installed the SSD in the lower bay and only has a problem with loose cable connection to logic board after I moved the Mini some time after the installation.
