How do you know it's not new? A replacement phone doesn't need as large a box when it only contains the phone.

Explain it. I don't think you will lose any value.

Just use the box that your original phone came in six days ago.  Of course, if you didn't save it, I wonder why it's so important to have the box now.  Hmm...

Same problem with my Phone too,,, i hav purchased 1 month ago..

when u place a phone call , the person on the other side can't hear u, and hearing our own voice to us,,,

my 6 plus just started turning its self off, then turning back on and the screen is solid red then fades out to black? at that point it turns back on and sometimes will work for a bit then other times it won't. Apple care said I needed to restore it to factory settings and it wont even let me do that. Any thoughts ????
