Q: Family sharing not working, purchases are not showing on my co-cloud hubby's purchases but I have the receipt, any suggestions?

My husband and I can't share games, I have the iTunes receipt but when I try to download the game to my iPad it says no purchases.  On the purchased tab on our app page the icon simply says open.
