I'm in an office where we often need to share and mark off lists of job numbers between multiple people. I was wondering if anyone knew if it is possible, and the method, to share reminders between multiple computers using either exchange email accounts or Bonjour. Everyone in the office has an exchange email address provided by the office, and we are all connected on messages through Messages on the local network, but many people do not have an iCloud account, though we all work on Macs. If possible, all my coworkers would be able to see a collective list, instead of having to constantly email back and forth with one job number at a time.
