Jan 6, 2016 11:09 AM in response to MotherWhakaby mayspring,I Have the same problem. I'm using iPhone 5s Unlocked. Recently I switched the phone service to another provider with a new number by using the same phone, but iMessage and FaceTime still show old number. I tied every method posted (I.e., sign out. Reset, system restore, etc.), none of them works. I guess it's the apple software problem. Apple, please fix it. Thanks.

Mar 20, 2016 7:14 PM in response to chandrabothby Protomethius,Sign out of iTunes, and de-select all iMessage and FaceTime phone numbers and email addresses. Remove your iCloud account from your phone and then go into General settings and reset your phone to factory default. Re-enter your iCloud account on the phone and go back into iMessage and FaceTime to add your iCloud email address to that phone. The contact number will already be changed on your phone as well as in your iCloud account if you login at iCloud.com.
