Mac Mini Stolen and need to wipe data

Hi.

Our office had a Mac Mini stolen and we need to wipe the data from it. Problem is, all our Macs have been upgraded to Yosemite apart form teh one stolen and can't see it on the list within iCloud.

Is there another way we can wipe the data from iCloud on that Mac Mini?

Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

Not sure what Yosemite has to do with it. Find my Mac should still work assuming the stolen one had that turned on and is not powered down.

If you can't erase by:

iCloud: Erase your device

Then you would first have to physically find the Mac in order to erase. it.
