I have a MacBook Pro Retina from 2012, running OS X Yosemite 10.10.
I am getting a strange error asking me to re-install "Remote PC Agent."
Any ideas what this could be?

Why you are getting the message is not clear. You may have downloaded some item that is generating the message. I suggest you try AdwareMedic:

I have the same message. Adwaremedic is not finiding anything. Message appears after every boot.
I've installed Parallels newest Version.
Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing? This could just be some kind of a scam on some website you're visiting, or it could be a message from something installed on your system. A screenshot may help to clarify that.

There seems so be an application that allows you to control your (Android) phone from your Mac. Does that ring a bell?
That looks highly suspicious. Note the mis-spelling and the odd redundancy (the second sentence basically says the same thing as the first.) At best, it's unprofessional software that you shouldn't be using.
I'd suggest downloading EtreCheck from here:

As you have found, you have something called RemoteView installed:
You also have TeamViewer installed. Both of these are programs that could be used to give someone else remote access to your computer. If you are unaware of having those installed, and do not have some IT folks who might have installed this software for remote administration of the computer in question, that is a potentially very serious problem.
Uninstalled the two (Teamviewer and Rview).
Message still here. Strange.

You did not properly uninstall them, because components are still installed. If you just dragged the apps to the trash, or used some kind of generic app uninstaller (like AppZapper or AppCleaner), that is not sufficient for uninstalling all components. You need to use the uninstallers provided for each of these programs by the companies behind each one.
Also, you didn't say whether you were aware these were installed. You should be aware that if you didn't install them, and there's no good reason for someone else to have installed them, this may indicate that someone installed them for malicious purposes. In that case, removing those apps may not be sufficient.

I've installed both Apps. I use Teamviewer since years and know it quite good. The other App I tried sometime ago and didn't uninstalled it. I usually use the uninstaller app.I used it maybe not correctly.
Any hint how to properly remove the rest of the apps?

Okay, that's good. You never know when someone might have something like this installed without their knowledge, and I thought that was a possibility in this case.

Unfortunately, I can't really advise you there, as I'm not familiar with either of these apps. I could tell you how to remove the files that I see in the EtreCheck report, but that still may not remove all traces. You should probably contact each company and see what they advise.
Finally I found the it. It is a program from Samsung to remotely control the Mac from a Samsung Smartphone. I found a way to unistall it and now the message is gone. 🙂
