One usually large user of storage space is photos and videos. You could import them to a computer and then delete them from the iPad: Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or Windows PC - Apple Support
You can also go to Settings > General > Usage and click on "Manage Storage" (in the Storage section, not the iCloud section) and that will show what is using the storage and may help you decide if you want to delete some apps or something else.
You might want to delete some content pretty soon as well. When the device has no free space like yours, that can cause problems. I'm not saying that it will, but it could - and - you really should delete some content and leave a little free space at all times. You don't want to keep the device totally full, or you will have problems at some point.
Hi. There are some Apps, like Mail or WhatsApp, with some data inside, attachment, pictures, videos or audio messages, I would like to delete in order to reach some free space.

Without removing and re-install the Apps?
Usually after receiving a picture by mail, if I need, I save it in the camera roll.
You can delete the mail, etc. from within the apps. Be sure to also empty the trash. I don't think you can delete the attachments while preserving the messages.
