I reset my ipad cuz my internet was not working ... now after I have reset my ipad it asks me to log in so I can sync my ipad to iTunes ... unfortunately I have forgotten my ID / what to do?

Thank you for your help but then if I speak to a representative and tell them that I received this ipad as a gift from a friend in USA ( that's is a fact by the way) will they still help?
You don't need to mention the iPad. This issue relates to your Apple ID and not any devices.

its my email address that I have forgotten and although I have reset my ipad to its factory settings something it still asks for my email ID as it is still connected to my old email address. I remember my password ... my secret questions everything but I have forgotten the email address 😟 good lord I am such a loser ... missing my ipad like so much
