I0Graphics flags 0x43 - Unexpected Reboots

Recently moved onto one of the iMac (Reinta 5k, 27-inch, Late 2014) and installed a fresh copy of Yosemite. I'm constantly getting an error "I0Graphics flags 0x43" after an unexpected reboot happens which has occurred about five times, resources aren't being maxed at all, 32gb of ram, consistent cpu usage of 15 - 25%. Graphics is an AMD Radeon R9 M295X.

Performed PRAM/SMC reset, repaired permissions, hard drive passed all tests. Any ideas?

It might be the drivers. Some people reported the following app helped them: https://gfx.io

It helped me for a while but my reboots increased and eventually I started booting up with distorted graphics which you couldn't tell if the computer really was booting. Ended up at the apple store and got the the logic board replaced. I have an MBP 17 early 2011. I hope your case is different then mine.

The warranty entitles you to complimentary phone support for the first 90 days of ownership.

If you bought the product in the U.S. directly from Apple (not from a reseller), you have 14 days from the date of delivery in which to exchange or return it for a refund. In other countries, the return policy may be different. If you bought from a reseller, its return policy applies.
