I am a iOS developer. I have payed $99 for enrolling iOS development program. but it's alert me that "We are unable to verify your identity" .What shall I do

hi, i am in the same situation now, after the payment, i got the "We are unable to verify your identity" hint, then i receive the invoice mail from apple shown that i have payed the cash, but the enroll progress is pending, how do you deal with that? thank you

I am facing the same problem. Perhaps it has something to do with the region. I really have no idea and I am now awaiting for a response from the customer service.
Same issue. They really should not charge before the account is activated. Contacted support.
