Yosemite doesn't reconize my audio interface

first and foremost, write the vendors of your interface and ask them whether it is ready/compatible with 10.10.

If they say, yes. Then we can troubleshoot. If they say no, it is pointless to troubleshoot as the drivers might not even be working.

I have the same problem. I know that Terrasoniq no longer support the product.

Have you bypassed the problem ?

I'm not sure if this will apply to your situation but if you have installed any software from the interface manufacturer, try uninstalling it and then restart and try your interface again. I found this worked for my interface.

I've just bought a new Terrasoniq Phase X64 USB, and I was scared when it didn't start working without drivers.

But there was a tiny driver on a CD (PHASEX64USB_V2.0.4.dmg), and it worked on current OS X Yosemite 10.10.2.

There's one thing I can add. This driver is quite buggy. Time after time I get kernel panics because of it:

I'm lucky not getting any during my performances. I think, some time I'll sell it to a Windows user, since it should work better on that system.

Well it's 10.11 and I'm afraid I may sell the interface to some windows user 😀
