How do I reset my security questions on the weekend when the Support Centre is only available during office hours. I do not have the rescue email option and it keeps on referring me to the Support Centre for assistance. I'm from South Africa.

Wait for them to open. If you're desperate, create a new Apple ID; you won't be able to transfer iTunes Store purchases or credit between them.
