Any idea if there is a way to request a replacement phone by internet? I am having the same problem (all it does is alternate between white apple logo and blank, red screen.....will not reset) with iphone 6 purchased January 6. Completely crashed and unusable. My only phone so cannot call support. First Apple product and not at all happy! Thanks for any advice.

You cannot request a phone swap via phone. You need to go to your nearest Apple Retail store or Authorized Apple Store (Peach Mac) and have them take it from there.

i just came from the apple store and they replaced it no questions asked. except for what was wrong with the phone lol. thats your best bet. theres no update that'll fix the problem

If it's a red screen you generally need a new prox sensor. If it's a blue screen it's generally an overflow on memory.
