Why i couldn't complete my purchase
i have money in my bank already . the first time i use it was working but now they said my purchase couldn't complete

If you are also getting a message to contact iTunes Support then you will need to do so (these are user-to-user forums) :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag
- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column
- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
- then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
I did but its didn't work too.
Have iTunes Support replied to you and said that it should now work ?
IT still not work . They just always say can not connect to the itunes. I could not buy anything
Have you contacted iTunes Support via the link that I gave in my first reply ? Have they replied to you ? If they have and they've told you that the problem should be fixed then have you tried logging out and back into your account on the device/computer that you are using ?
yes i did. I followed to you but they hadn't reply to me . They just said waiting for 24-48 hours . I tried to log out my apple ID and resest my network but it doesn't work too.
When you contact iTunes Support you will get an automated reply e.g. the last time I contacted them I got :
We'll be in touch.
An iTunes Store representative will review your request and should send you a personal response within 48 hours
Is that what you've had, or have you now had the 'proper' reply from them ? If you have, and you've done what the email said and you are still getting the message to contact iTunes Support then you try doing so again - we are fellow users, we won't know why you are getting the 'contact' message
YEs . That's what ive had from them.

That is just the automated response - it says that they need to look into it and that you should get a reply within 48 hours

HI guys, i could connect with itunes last night but now it doesn't work too. They said can not connect to the itunes. Omg did you fix it yet ?
Have you had a follow-up reply from iTunes Support saying that it should now be fixed ?
