How to download a pre-ordered album
I pre-ordered a new album thats out today but it doesn't show up in my music library or purchased. And it says i have to buy the rest of the album when i already have. Someone help please?
Does it show in your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store ?
You don't pay for pre-orders at the time of pre-ordering, you are only charged when they become available for download. If you don't/didn't have enough credit on your account, and don't have a credit card on it, then you won't have paid for it yet.
If you have paid for it (and you've received the email saying that it's available for download) then try the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes. And/or see if it shows in the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage for downloading.
