Yosemite 10.10.1 still has broken Wifi

Today's update for Yosemite still has the same Wifi issue. what's the deal here guys? FIX THIS ASAP! I am using a macbook that I, thank god, did not upgrade.

I know this may be considered a beta but dear god there are some basic things that need to be working before it makes it out of the room that it was coded in.

I am most disappointed because the draw to using apple products was because of a focus on satisfying professionals and you guys seem to be turning your back on all of that. Final cut was changed from a professional tool into a point and click video editor so Uncle Marty and Grandpa can paste together cute videos. iTunes has been so bastardized that is basically just a buttonless screenshot of my music library. And now, after all of the design to push content onto the cloud and you neglect the one basic link to how most of us get access. It is just unimaginably stupid. I was on the edge this week of buying a third macbook pro but now I am putting that off because I don't want to drop over $1000 and be frustrated and not able to use it to go on the internet. At least with the windows blue screen of death I could just restart and be back to normal. You guys suck!

Apple is becoming a BIG JOKE! My wifi is terrible after Yosemite update and 10.10.1 did NOTHING!!!!

This affects my Clear modem connection mostly... it will not stay connected. Clicking on a link in the browser seems to kick it off. It drops the connection and reconnects constantly. Other wifi networks stay connected. But they are much slower on my MBA 2013 compared to my iPhone and iPad.

WHAT IS THE DEAL APPLE... You guys need to fix this ASAP!!!!! I've never seen such a wide spread issues go ignored by Apple for so long.

My MacBook Pro 13", mid 2102 had some wifi connectivity with 10.0.0 which would die after a few hours. With this update there doesn't appear to be any significant improvement.

I can't revert to Mavericks as my time machine backups are on a networked G5 Powermac, & the restore disk doesn't find it either with wifi or ethernet connections on the MacBook.

I moved from Windows two years ago and I was pretty satisfied with my mac, but a month ago I made the mistake of installing Yosemite and it has been a nightmare. My computer is worth nothing and internet is gone. After a whole month waitting for a solution it finally appeared the update 10.10.1 but it did not work at all.

It's really frustating, having my computer and not being able to use it.

It seems like Apple has created its own version of Vista.

If at least we were given the opportunity to install Maverics or Mountain Lion.

I've found after doing OS updates in Yosemite, you have to turn off WIFI and reset the options to get it to work again. While it may look like WIFI is on it's not.

I also had to retype the password. A real PITA as my family shares my internet via WIFI and every time I update I have to jump through hoops to get it back up and running again.

Worked for a bit but now intermittent again. Pinging our 5Ghz router below. Very variable. What to do?
