iPhone connect via bluetooth to Marshall Stanmore but plays no music

I've been having this same problem for the last month or so but I finally fixed it!! All you gotta do is...

1) Restart your speaker

2) go to bluetooth settings on your device

3) forget the Stanmore speaker

4) re- pair your device!!

After I re-paired it the volume was back up!! Before donig so I also unplugged the speaker and plugged it back in but I doubt that had anything to do with fixing it. Hope this helped!!

I have 3 devices (iPhone, Tablet and Desk PC) connecting to the speaker (not at the same time of course) so i'm guessing that it was bluetooth error on the speaker side

Yes, do exactly this. My iPod suddenly lost almost all volume when connected to my Marshall Woburn bluetooth speaker. Most frustrating but following this advice fixed the problem straight away and speaker is blasting again. THANKS!
