my email address is not de same for apple ID and now I can,t finnish my account for apple ID

If you mean that you put the wrong email address on your account when creating it then login to the account via the 'manage your apple id' button on http://appleid.apple.com and correct it, that should result in a 'verification email' being sent to the new address.
